What this site is, who answers the phone, and how it makes money

More about this in Houston

Houston Garage Door Guide is an independent information site about garage door problems in the Houston area. We are not a contractor. Nobody here shows up at your house, and nobody here touches your door.

Who answers when you call

The number on each page is a real, working number that we own. Calls to it are recorded, and they are routed to an independent local service provider who works that part of the Houston area. That provider is a separate business from this site. They set their own prices, they do their own work, and they carry their own insurance.

What it costs you

Nothing. Calling the number on this site is free, and being connected to a provider is free. Whatever you agree to pay for the work is between you and the provider who comes out.

How this site makes money

The provider pays us to receive the calls. That is the whole business model, and it is why we have written it down here instead of leaving you to guess.

What you will not find here

There is no fake business name on this site, no fake address, and no invented reviews or testimonials. Every local fact about a town on this site came from a real source, and nothing about the number of jobs done, the years in business, or the qualifications of any provider is claimed anywhere, because this site has not done any of that work.

How to reach us

Call (346) 220-4724. That number reaches the provider for the west side of the Houston area. Every City About Page on this site carries the number for that town's part of the metro.
