Every page on this site is written for one town and one problem. There is no template that gets stamped out with the town name swapped in.
Where the local facts come from
Each town on this site has a research file behind it, and every fact in that file carries a link to where it came from. Where two sources disagree — a population count, the acreage of a subdivision, the year something was built — both numbers are reported and the disagreement is stated instead of one being quietly picked.
What gets left out
Where no reliable source could be found for something, nothing is written. A gap is left as a gap. There are no estimates presented as facts and no numbers carried over from another town.
What we refuse to publish
- Reviews or testimonials of any kind, because this site has no customers of its own
- Any claim about a provider's license, insurance, years in business, or number of jobs completed
- A business address, because this site is not a business with a storefront
- Prices, because the provider who comes out sets those, not us
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, call (346) 220-4724 and say so. Anything that turns out to be wrong gets fixed on the page rather than argued about.
